I have rented with Elite Estates the past two years and am happy to write that my experiences with them have only ever been extremely positive. Signing was straightforward and prompt. The house was presented exceptionally and we had very few problems throughout. When the odd thing went wrong, as is only normal, Elite Estates were very quick to address it. Ending the tenancy, likewise, was very straightforward with no problems and our full deposit returned. Throughout we were always treated with respect and understanding. I have had negative experiences with other estate agents in Durham and it is great to have had such a positive experience. I particularly interacted with Janet and Alan, both of whom have always been lovely, reasonable, and responsive. Although we never required anything drastic, I am sure that they would certainly go above and beyond to look after their tenants. I think the company really represents the gold standard of renting in Durham and the local area. Thank you Elite Estates for such a positive experience.
